What is the venue rental timeframe?
Access to the property begins at 9:00am on Friday and ends at 11:00am on Sunday. The couple has access throughout the day on Friday for set up and rehearsal. Saturday access begins at 8:00am and ends at 11:00pm. Sunday access for venue clean up is from 9:00am-11:00am.
What are your bar packages?
Our bar packages include two bartenders. Bar materials include cups, napkins and ice. Services include cold storage, restocking, and serving. In 2027, all alcohol and beverages will be provided by Centennial Farm in accordance with our liquor license.
Can we provide our own alcohol?
Yes, alcohol will be provided by the couple/host for remaining 2026 events. In 2027, all alcohol and beverages will be provided by Centennial Farm in accordance with our liquor license. For 2026 events, alcohol can be brought on Friday during set up and venue staff will organize and store alcohol. All alcohol must be served behind the bar; guests cannot bring their own personal alcohol. No glass bottles other than liquor bottles that remain behind the bar will be allowed. All drinks within the venue will need to be in aluminum or plastic.
Where is the parking lot located?
The parking lot is on the South side of the property as you enter from the road. There are handicap accessible parking spots and space to unload near The Farmhouse and Venue.
Can we host our rehearsal onsite?
You are welcome to host your rehearsal onsite on Friday afternoon/evening at or prior to 6:00pm. We can recommend local options for the dinner portion of the evening.
Does the venue include heating and cooling?
Yes, our venue includes air conditioning and heat for enjoyable year round events.
Can I use vendors of my choice?
We welcome you to use vendors of your choosing. We are happy to provide you with a list of our recommended vendors who we have enjoyed working with in the industry. For dinner service, you must select a licensed caterer.
Where are the nearest hotels and accommodations?
Our recommended hotels are located in Ottawa, a short 20 minute drive from the venue. Our onsite Farmhouse can also accommodate overnight guests and includes 3 bedrooms. We can provide you with information for recommended transportation companies if needed.
Do you provide transportation?
We can recommend local transportation companies that can shuttle your guests safely to and from local hotels or a preferred pick up/drop off location.
