Our Services

Weddings

Our buildings and property feature many unique sites for all of your events including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. 
Ceremony Includes: 
  • Outdoor ceremony sites featuring the barn as your backdrop or our secluded corner ceremony site. 
  • Indoor ceremony option within The Venue.
  • Slatted wood folding chairs.
  • Access to the venue Friday afternoon and evening for rehearsal.

Reception Includes:
  • Wood cross back chairs.
  • 60" round tables for seating. 
  • 6' and 8' banquet tables for head table, dinner service, desserts, gifts, and more.
  • Ivory or black linens.
  • Prep kitchen, restrooms, a permanent bar and many unique design features. 

Venue Rental Includes: ​​

  • Access to the venue Friday through Sunday morning.
  • Bridal suite access.
  • Groom's room access.
  • Accessible parking.
  • Venue staff on site. 
  • Coordination and planning assistance will be included with venue rental in 2027 + beyond. 










Add-On Services

Every wedding is unique which is why we like to offer additional services so that you can tailor your package with us. Below are our deluxe additions to assist in creating a stress free planning + wedding day for you. 
  • ​Day of coordination: Day of coordination includes personalized assistance for anything you may need on your wedding day. You will automatically receive a venue coordinator on the day of your wedding, but this role is to ensure all venue needs are taken care of (i.e. stocking the bar, replacing restroom materials, maintenance throughout the day). Your day of coordinator will assist with more personal items such as assisting with your timeline, lining up your wedding party, lighting of candles, setting our desserts, etc. Our day of coordination services also include 2-3 planning meetings to discuss your vendors, create your timeline, and organize your ceremony details. Coordination also includes access to a custom file of documents to assist you with planning. Coordination will be included with venue rental beginning in 2027.
  • Bartenders: Your alcohol, our bartenders. We provide cups, napkins and ice as well as cooling and refrigeration. In 2027 + beyond, all bar services will be provided through Centennial Farm including supplying alcohol for events. 
  • Ceremony and reception decor: Through our sister company, Without A Hitch Event Decor Co. Includes complimentary set-up, tear down and arch for ceremony.  
  • Farmhouse rental: Includes Friday-Sunday access to the entire farmhouse including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining, living room and bridal suite.
  • Photo booth rental: Enjoy our old school photo booth. Duplicate copies are printed so that memories can be shared and saved by you and your guests.

Centennial Farm would love to assist with your event needs - large or small. With numerous spaces indoor and out, we are guaranteed to have the perfect location for your event. We look forward to hosting your special events including showers, anniversaries, birthdays, class reunions, or fundraisers.
